1. WESTERN NORTH PACIFIC AREA (180 TO MALAY PENINSULA):
         A. TROPICAL CYCLONE SUMMARY:
            (1) AT 03SEP19 1200Z, TROPICAL DEPRESSION 16W (KAJIKI) WAS 
      LOCATED NEAR 16.3N 107.4E, APPROXIMATELY 55 NM WEST-NORTHWEST OF DA 
      NANG, VIETNAM, AND HAD TRACKED WESTWARD AT 07 KNOTS OVER THE PAST 
      SIX HOURS. MAXIMUM SUSTAINED SURFACE WINDS WERE ESTIMATED AT 25 
      KNOTS GUSTING TO 35 KNOTS. SEE REF A (WTPN33 PGTW 031500) FOR 
      FURTHER DETAILS.
            (2) AT 03SEP19 1200Z, TROPICAL STORM 14W (FOURTEEN) WAS 
      LOCATED NEAR 16.9N 160.5E, APPROXIMATELY 1566 NM SOUTHEAST OF 
      YOKOSUKA, JAPAN, AND HAD TRACKED WESTWARD AT 09 KNOTS OVER THE PAST 
      SIX HOURS. MAXIMUM SUSTAINED SURFACE WINDS WERE ESTIMATED AT 35 
      KNOTS GUSTING TO 45 KNOTS. SEE REF B (WTPN31 PGTW 031500) FOR 
      FURTHER DETAILS.
            (3) AT 03SEP19 1200Z, TYPHOON 15W (LINGLING) WAS LOCATED NEAR 
      21.4N 124.2E, APPROXIMATELY 364 NM SOUTHWEST OF KADENA AB, AND HAD 
      TRACKED NORTHWARD AT 07 KNOTS OVER THE PAST SIX HOURS. MAXIMUM 
      SUSTAINED SURFACE WINDS WERE ESTIMATED AT 65 KNOTS GUSTING TO 80 
      KNOTS. SEE REF C (WTPN32 PGTW 031500) FOR FURTHER DETAILS.
            (4) NO OTHER TROPICAL CYCLONES.
         B. TROPICAL DISTURBANCE SUMMARY:
            (1) THE AREA OF CONVECTION (INVEST 94W) PREVIOUSLY LOCATED 
      NEAR 17.9N 111.8E, HAS DISSIPATED AND IS NO LONGER SUSPECT FOR THE 
      DEVELOPMENT OF A SIGNIFICANT TROPICAL CYCLONE IN THE NEXT 24 HOURS.
            (2) NO OTHER SUSPECT AREAS.
