1. WESTERN NORTH PACIFIC AREA (180 TO MALAY PENINSULA):
         A. TROPICAL CYCLONE SUMMARY:
            (1) AT 24SEP25 1200Z, TYPHOON 24W (RAGASA) WAS LOCATED NEAR 
      21.8N 111.1E, APPROXIMATELY 175 NM WEST OF HONG KONG, AND HAD TRACKED 
      WESTWARD AT 14 KNOTS OVER THE PAST SIX HOURS. MAXIMUM SUSTAINED 
      SURFACE WINDS WERE ESTIMATED AT 80 KNOTS GUSTING TO 100 KNOTS. SEE REF 
      A (WTPN32 PGTW 241500) FOR THE FINAL WARNING ON THIS SYSTEM.
            (2) AT 25SEP25 0000Z, TYPHOON 25W (NEOGURI) WAS LOCATED NEAR 
      32.8N 157.2E, APPROXIMATELY 543 NM NORTH-NORTHEAST OF MINAMI TORI 
      SHIMA, AND HAD TRACKED NORTHWARD AT 05 KNOTS OVER THE PAST SIX HOURS. 
      MAXIMUM SUSTAINED SURFACE WINDS WERE ESTIMATED AT 65 KNOTS GUSTING TO 
      80 KNOTS. SEE REF B (WTPN33 PGTW 250300) FOR FURTHER DETAILS.
            (3) AT 25SEP25 0000Z, TROPICAL STORM 26W (BUALOI) WAS LOCATED 
      NEAR 11.2N 129.2E, APPROXIMATELY 521 NM EAST-SOUTHEAST OF MANILA, 
      PHILIPPINES, AND HAD TRACKED WEST- NORTHWESTWARD AT 10 KNOTS OVER THE 
      PAST SIX HOURS. MAXIMUM SUSTAINED SURFACE WINDS WERE ESTIMATED AT 55 
      KNOTS GUSTING TO 70 KNOTS. SEE REF C (WTPN31 PGTW 250300) FOR FURTHER 
      DETAILS.
            (4) NO OTHER TROPICAL CYCLONES.
         B. TROPICAL DISTURBANCE SUMMARY: NONE.
