(1) AT 25OCT19 0600Z, TYPHOON 22W (BUALOI) WAS LOCATED NEAR
33.7N 148.0E, APPROXIMATELY 421 NM EAST OF YOKOSUKA, JAPAN, AND HAD
TRACKED NORTHEASTWARD AT 24 KNOTS OVER THE PAST SIX HOURS. MAXIMUM
SUSTAINED SURFACE WINDS WERE ESTIMATED AT 65 KNOTS GUSTING TO 80
