         A. TROPICAL CYCLONE SUMMARY:
            (1) AT 28JUL26 0000Z, TROPICAL STORM 12W (DOLPHIN) WAS LOCATED 
      NEAR 13.0N 172.8E, APPROXIMATELY 520 NM SOUTHEAST OF WAKE ISLAND, AND 
      HAD TRACKED WESTWARD AT 09 KNOTS OVER THE PAST SIX HOURS. MAXIMUM 
      SUSTAINED SURFACE WINDS WERE ESTIMATED AT 60 KNOTS GUSTING TO 75 
      KNOTS. SEE REF A (WTPN31 PGTW 280300) FOR FURTHER DETAILS.
            (2) NO OTHER TROPICAL CYCLONES.
         B. TROPICAL DISTURBANCE SUMMARY: NONE.
         C. SUBTROPICAL SYSTEM SUMMARY: NONE.
