(1) AT 250000Z, SUPER TYPHOON 31W (YUTU) WAS LOCATED NEAR
15.8N 144.2E, APPROXIMATELY 99 NM WEST-NORTHWEST OF SAIPAN, AND HAD
TRACKED WEST-NORTHWESTWARD AT 12 KNOTS OVER THE PAST SIX HOURS.
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED SURFACE WINDS WERE ESTIMATED AT 145 KNOTS GUSTING
