(1) AT 27SEP26 0000Z, TYPHOON 25W (SURIGAE) WAS LOCATED NEAR 24.6N
127.6E, APPROXIMATELY 115 NM SOUTH OF KADENA AB, AND HAD TRACKED NORTH-
NORTHEASTWARD AT 07 KNOTS OVER THE PAST SIX HOURS. MAXIMUM SUSTAINED
SURFACE WINDS WERE ESTIMATED AT 90 KNOTS GUSTING TO 110 KNOTS. SEE REF A
