17.3S 116.0E, APPROXIMATELY 233 NM NORTHWEST OF PORT HEDLAND,
AUSTRALIA, AND HAD TRACKED SOUTH-SOUTHWESTWARD AT 12 KNOTS OVER THE
PAST SIX HOURS. MAXIMUM SUSTAINED SURFACE WINDS WERE ESTIMATED AT 45
