(1) AT 23NOV20 1200Z, TROPICAL CYCLONE 03A (GATI) WAS LOCATED
NEAR 11.6N 48.6E, APPROXIMATELY 223 NM EAST-SOUTHEAST OF ADEN, YEMEN,
AND HAD TRACKED WEST-NORTHWESTWARD AT 07 KNOTS OVER THE PAST SIX HOURS.
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED SURFACE WINDS WERE ESTIMATED AT 35 KNOTS GUSTING TO
45 KNOTS. SEE REF A (WTIO31 PGTW 231500) FOR THE FINAL WARNING ON THIS
SYSTEM.
(2) AT 23NOV20 1200Z, TROPICAL CYCLONE 04B (FOUR) WAS LOCATED
NEAR 10.0N 83.9E, APPROXIMATELY 282 NM SOUTHEAST OF CHENNAI, INDIA, AND
HAD TRACKED NORTHWESTWARD AT 05 KNOTS OVER THE PAST SIX HOURS. MAXIMUM
SUSTAINED SURFACE WINDS WERE ESTIMATED AT 35 KNOTS GUSTING TO 45 KNOTS.
