(1) AT 28NOV25 1200Z, TROPICAL CYCLONE 05B (DITWAH) WAS LOCATED
NEAR 8.6N 80.9E, APPROXIMATELY 945 NM SOUTH-SOUTHWEST OF KOLKATA,
INDIA, AND HAD TRACKED NORTH- NORTHWESTWARD AT 03 KNOTS OVER THE PAST
SIX HOURS. MAXIMUM SUSTAINED SURFACE WINDS WERE ESTIMATED AT 35 KNOTS
GUSTING TO 45 KNOTS. SEE REF A (WTIO32 PGTW 281500) FOR FURTHER
DETAILS.
