         A. TROPICAL CYCLONE SUMMARY:
            (1) AT 05DEC23 0000Z, TROPICAL CYCLONE 03P (THREE) WAS LOCATED NEAR 
      9.4S 156.9E, APPROXIMATELY 183 NM WEST OF HONIARA, SOLOMON ISLANDS, AND 
      HAD TRACKED SOUTHWESTWARD AT 09 KNOTS OVER THE PAST SIX HOURS. MAXIMUM 
      SUSTAINED SURFACE WINDS WERE ESTIMATED AT 35 KNOTS GUSTING TO 45 KNOTS.

            (2) NO OTHER TROPICAL CYCLONES.
