         A. TROPICAL CYCLONE SUMMARY:
            (1) AT 14MAY23 1200Z, TROPICAL CYCLONE 19S (FABIEN) WAS LOCATED 
      NEAR 4.7S 81.1E, APPROXIMATELY 533 NM EAST-NORTHEAST OF DIEGO GARCIA, 
      AND HAD TRACKED WESTWARD AT 11 KNOTS OVER THE PAST SIX HOURS. MAXIMUM 
      SUSTAINED SURFACE WINDS WERE ESTIMATED AT 50 KNOTS GUSTING TO 65 KNOTS.

            (2) NO OTHER TROPICAL CYCLONES.
