14.4N 58.5E, APPROXIMATELY 298 NM EAST-SOUTHEAST OF SALALAH, OMAN,
AND HAD TRACKED WEST-NORTHWESTWARD AT 04 KNOTS OVER THE PAST SIX
HOURS. MAXIMUM SUSTAINED SURFACE WINDS WERE ESTIMATED AT 75 KNOTS
GUSTING TO 90 KNOTS. SEE REF A (WTIO31 PGTW 101500) FOR FURTHER

(2) AT 101200Z, TROPICAL CYCLONE 06B (TITLI) WAS LOCATED NEAR
17.6N 85.4E, APPROXIMATELY 114 NM EAST OF VISAKHAPATNAM, INDIA, AND
HAD TRACKED NORTH-NORTHWESTWARD AT 07 KNOTS OVER THE PAST SIX HOURS.
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED SURFACE WINDS WERE ESTIMATED AT 90 KNOTS GUSTING
