18.9S 162.0E, APPROXIMATELY 300 NM NORTHWEST OF NOUMEA, NEW
CALEDONIA, AND HAD TRACKED SOUTHWARD AT 06 KNOTS OVER THE PAST SIX
HOURS. MAXIMUM SUSTAINED SURFACE WINDS WERE ESTIMATED AT 65 KNOTS
