TROPICAL STORM WATCH CANCELLED FOR POLK AND HIGHLANDS COUNTIES

NEW INFORMATION

SITUATION OVERVIEW

Hurricane Dorian is moving slowly toward the northwest, parallel to
the Florida east coast. Dorian is expected to move slowly northwest to
north through Wednesday night, then turn northeast and accelerate on
Thursday. Tropical storm conditions are no longer forecast for Polk
and Highlands counties.

          - The Tropical Storm Watch has been cancelled for Highlands and 
            Polk
      
      * CURRENT WATCHES AND WARNINGS:
          - None
      
      * STORM INFORMATION:
          - About 170 miles east of Sebring FL or about 185 miles east
            of Winter Haven FL
          - 27.7N 78.7W
          - Storm Intensity 110 mph
          - Movement Northwest or 325 degrees at 6 mph
